Tony Morris is able to offer Group Taster Sessions.
To book these Taster Sessions click here.
They comprise Tony playing his various flutes and talking about each one followed by a 'Have a go' session. This is about a two hour event but different structures can be arranged to meet your requirements.

WHOLE DAY WORKSHOPS
INTRODUCTION to the Amerynd Flute and its use as an improvisational instrument for promoting relaxation, stress reduction, spiritual healing and self- awareness.
Tony Morris will give an outline of the origins of the Amerynd flute, explain the basic concepts behind it, talk about the wood used in making each of his flutes, its spiritual connections, the various totems and decorations that form an essential part of each flute and their spiritual connections. He will play improvisations on each flute asking the participants to listen explore and talk about their own journeys through the medium of the music they hear.
Participants will have the opportunity to ‘have a go’ on a starter version of the Amerynd Flute and to make their own contribution to the improvised music.
It will be important for participants to jettison any ideas they may have of formal music playing. This means that non-musicians may well have an advantage over those with some formal music training.
AIMS
To enjoy the day and leave knowing that there is a simple musical instrument that can help with relaxation by providing personalised improvised music.
To give participants the opportunity to acquire an Amerynd flute if they so wish.
To encourage the formation of flute circles as forums for socially interactive musical improvisation, exploration of the instrument, relaxation, stress reduction, spiritual healing and self- awareness.
